Watertown-Mayer has allowed 77 points over its last three, and both its losses to seeded teams came against #3 Annandale and Holy Family Catholic, which beat it 21-7 in their earlier meeting on Oct. 9.
Holy Family Catholic has won seven of the 11 meetings between the two since 2010 and has taken the last two, including a 30-13 win in 2025.
Max Simpson caught a touchdown on the game's first play, and Jack Allen's touchdown made it 14-0 before Reynaldo Ayala's touchdown and extra point put Holy Family Catholic up 21-0 with 6:15 left in the second quarter — the score it carried into halftime.
Liam Cheeks had an interception in the first half, and Cole Kahlbaugh added one in the second that set up a touchdown catch by Kevin Tennin-Gray for a 35-0 lead. Max Simpson closed the night with a touchdown catch from Ethan Ryan with 10 minutes left to play.
