Varsity North is an independently run site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League, MaxPreps or CBS Sports, X, or any school, district, conference or person featured on the site. School names, nicknames and marks are used to identify the programs being discussed.
Embedded posts and photos remain the property of the schools and people who posted them. They are shown with the text and pictures the poster published, credited and linked back to the source. Scores, schedules and rankings are MaxPreps’ data, shown with attribution. The stories, pages and original writing on this site belong to Varsity North.
Scores, records, rankings and schedules are read from public sources and can lag, be revised, or be wrong at the source. Game stories are drafted automatically from the box score and the schools’ own posts and checked by a program before publishing; the check is strict but it is not a person. Nothing on the site is advice of any kind, and the site carries no odds, lines or wagering content.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — express, implied or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varsity North and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of data or opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or reliance on anything shown on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to US $100.
If you are a rights holder, a school, or a parent or guardian and want content removed — a post, a photo, a name, a story — email [email protected] with the page’s address and a brief description, and we will review and remove it promptly. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and respond to properly formatted takedown notices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
We may update these terms; the date at the top is the date of the last change. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of it. Questions go to Contact.
